Police Harass Journalist at Border Child Camp

While documenting an I A child camp in Weslaco , TX the staff rushes all the children inside and nervously monitors the journalist's actions ( on public property ) .Within minutes of leaving the facility , Weslaco P D conducts a " traffick stop " and threatens RGVTRUTH with arrest for being near a " facility for children " . Weslaco P D officers change the reason for the stop everytime the journalist asks why he was stopped . Sadly this type of abuse of citizens by their own local government is so ingrained in the RGV police regularly intimidate and harass American citizens into unconstitutional Authoritarian compliance . They tried but failed to do so as FU to the journalist exercising his rights Weslaco P D writes him a ticket for an expired tag after originally saying he would get a warning for allegedly not using a blinker
