The hip adductor machine seems to be super underrated when it comes to adding size and shape to your legs. Well-developed adductors compliment your quads & help close that “thigh gap.” Not to mention that improving your adductor strength will carry over performance on your squat and leg press movements. THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO TRAIN YOUR ADDUCTORS.

You can either train them first if your adductors are a weak point, or you can sequence them towards the middle/end of your workout, depending on what you prioritize & I find that the hip adductor machine is not super taxing

BUT BE WARNED: if you’ve never taken your adductor training seriously…having sore/tight adductors is a strange feeling, but we do it for the GAINS
