City considering reconfiguring lanes on Bay to Bay Boulevard

Tampa wants to add bike lanes to an already busy Bay to Bay Boulevard and also reduce the lanes of traffic near Westshore Boulevard. The city says it'll cut down on rear-end accidents and make it safer for bicyclists, but some businesses say it'll make this already busy street even busier.
