Ep.4 - N55 Big Turbo Development Project

This is the first episode in my pajamas.... and in the series on the development of a big turbo kit for the BMW N55 engine in my F30. The whole premise is much like the BC Racing turd polishing project where I'm going to be taking cheaper asian components, combining them with my own custom bits and Garrett GTX turbos to make affordable, reliable badassery.

The plan is to detail the engineering and business effort over time which will include 3D scanning, CAD work, CFD, FEA, custom fuel system developments, installation, testing, and tuning.

The kits will be designed around the GTX3076R Gen2 and GTX3582R Gen2 ball bearing turbos.
