Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients of Chocolate Chip Cookies:
Unsalted Butter 115 grams
Brown Sugar 1/2 cup
Caster Sugar Sugar 1/2 cup
Egg 1
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
All-Purpose Flour 1 ½ cup
Corn Flour 1 Tbsp
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Chocolate chips 1 cup
Directions for Chocolate Chip Cookies Preparation:
1. In a bowl add unsalted butter, brown sugar, caster sugar and mix it well. Add egg and vanilla essence in it and mix until it gets creamy.
2. Add all the dry ingredients (Flour, Corn Flour, Baking Soda, salt) shift in the mixture, and mix it well.
3. Take a full spoonful of mixture and shape it like a ball and line them on a baking tray with butter paper on it.
4. Chill them for 1 hour then bake them in a preheated oven at 170 degree Celsius for 10-12 minutes.
5. Your Chocolate Chip Cookies are ready. Serve and enjoy.
