The Department of Defense has appointed Dr Hicks as the new leadership at the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office, which investigates sightings of UFOs. The change comes after allegations the U.S. is operating a secret UFO retrieval program, accusations that sparked a Congressional hearing.
