Woman who was with Aaron Bailey says he was shot for "no apparent reason"

Aaron Bailey was shot and killed June 29 by two IMPD officers. The passenger of the vehicle, Shiwanda Ward, said police thought he was reaching for a pistol at the time of the incident. Police didn't find a weapon in his vehicle. Ward spoke exclusively to RTV6 on July 6.
