Ingredients:

1 wholemeal muffin
1 egg
3 slices bresaola
Cheddar cheese
Butter
Salt

Preparation:

Fry the egg in a pan
Slice the breakfast muffin and toast it
Spread butter on the muffin
Add the grated cheese, fried egg and sprinkle salt
Add the bresaola slices
Top with grated cheese
Add the other slice on top

Tips:

You can use any filling of your choosing.
