Typhoon Haikui prompts Taiwan to evacuate thousands

Domestic flights were canceled and thousands of people were evacuated as Typhoon Haikui barreled into southeastern Taiwan on Sunday bringing torrential rain and strong winds. Isaine Blatry reports.
