Novo Nordisk recalls faulty cartridge holders in insulin pens due to potential health risks

Novo Nordisk has voluntarily recalled insulin cartridge holders used in six NovoPen Echo batches because they may crack or break if exposed to certain chemicals, like certain cleaning agents.
