🥩 What's on the menu?
I'll be indulging in a variety of raw animal products, including:

Raw Beef (mainly)
Raw Dairy (milk, cheese, and butter)
Fermented Dairy (kefir and yogurt)
Raw Eggs
Raw Honey
All these will be sourced as organically and pasture-raised as possible, within a reasonable budget.

🥗 The Challenge Rules:
My diet will consist of raw meat, raw dairy, raw eggs, raw honey, and salt. Plus, I'll be hydrating with filtered water. Follow along to see how my body responds and what changes may occur.
