Car Still on Fire With Man Inside

Info from Licensor: "Shortly before I recorded this video my husband had just ran up the stairs and helped carry the 70-year-old lady down the stairs to the grass by the road out of harms way. He then went back to the burning car and tried again to put the fire out but was unsuccessful. The fire fighters then arrived. We were all a very upset that the Firefighters we were just standing there and there was a man burning in the car. It was horrible but, no one knew there were four propane tanks in the car. We then came to realize it was worse than we thought when the car exploded."
