Scouting a new area and crossing a river to get there! Got a little wet! Going deep into National Forest! Long hike in to find a new location to hunt! Using my topo map on my phone and dropping pins in areas where I think bucks may use. Then I just hike in and follow the route to my pins, do some quick scouting and decide if the sign is good enough to come back and hunt! Had to take my rubber boots in order to cross the river!
