Smart emu comes to owner when called

What an awesome friendship these two have formed. Most people would not expect an emu and a person to get along as well as it's shown in the video. Speedy isn't just an emu, he is an emu that was raised by people! When his owner calls for Speedy, he knows what to do. He listens to his owner and starts running towards him! This emu has been trained very well. It is impressive to see he understands what his owner is saying. It's not everyday you see an emu listening to his owners orders.

At first he seems reluctant to pass the fence to get to his owner, but as he continues to tell him to come, Speedy does just that. He gets a nice welcome from his owner once he is there and you can tell they have a very special bond. Speedy starts to cuddle with his owner and looks so relaxed and safe. It doesn't look like anything is going to scare him at this point in time. He is safe with his family. He really likes getting his back rubbed! When more time and effort is put into something, amazing things happen. In this case, the more time Speedy spends with his family, the stronger their bond gets! Speedy has so much trust for his owner. This is so cool to see!
