7-year-old in critical condition after hit-and-run in Buffalo

A 7-year-old boy is in critical condition after Buffalo Police say a car hit him, then took off. Tremont Seals was playing outside during Fourth of July celebrations in the 200 block of Loring Avenue when he was hit by a vehicle, his family tells 7 Eyewitness News.
