Not your ordinary graham cracker dessert

Ingredients:

1 pack graham crackers
1 410ml evaporated milk
4 egg yolks
1/2 can of 390ml condensed milk
2 tsps vanilla
2 tbsp flour
1 cup all purpose cream

Ganache:

3/4 cup all purpose cream
200g dark chocolate
