A cash reward of up to $2,000 is being offered in a hit and run crash that killed a cyclist in Towson last month. Metro Crime Stoppers is asking for tips after Aaron Laciny was hit by car on June 19 around 10:36 p.m. while riding his bike southbound on N. Charles Street, just south of Charlesbrooke Road.
