Is the 40-Hour Work Week Obsolete? (It is 85 years old, after all...). The 40 hour work week has been the standard since the FLSA (Fair labor standards act) was passed in 1938.

For many, a 32 hour work week would drastically impact their work-life balance and perhaps help with burnout. In this video, I cover some interesting developments on the work front.
