Something very different this week where we channel the energy from galactic phenomena such as solar winds. We harness those energies and those sounds and use it to focus on forming our own energy spheres. The key is always breath work.

STEPS:
1 - Listen to the sound of the solar winds through the gentle sound of the flute accompaniment, knowing that it is the power of the universe and its energy we should focus on. The sound of the flute is only there to funnel us, softly and smoothly there.
2. Breathe in new energy through the nose / exhale stale energy through the mouth and hum if so desired
3. Let the energy flow out the top of your head
4. Then imagine it flow down you, all around you
5. Let it re-enter at the bottom of your feet
