Bel Air favorite makes appearance during July 4th festivities

Families waiting for July 4th fireworks in Bel Air were treated to a show they're used to seeing during the other half of the year: Jim Kurtz's light spectular. Kurtz is famous for the holiday light show that started at his house and moved to St. Matthews Lutheran Church on East Churchville Road. This year, Kurtz broke out 2,400 of his lights to celebrate the nation's birthday.
