Is SEC allowing the 1% to rob AMC investors a violation of international Human rights set in 1966?

If another country was working with 1% of their population to rob the resources of 99% of the population the USA would have referred these Human rights abuse to the United Nations The SEC conspiring with criminals to rob us of our life liberty and persist of happiness also violates the US constitution along with human rights established by the United Nations
