3 Unique and Delicious Types of Vietnamese Coffee
Hello everyone, I'm Ben and today I'm going to share with you my experiences of drinking Vietnamese coffee. Vietnamese coffee is a very special and diverse drink, not only in terms of coffee beans but also in terms of brewing and enjoying. I had the opportunity to try three famous types of Vietnamese coffee: fresh milk coffee, salt coffee and egg coffee. Let's explore them with me!
First is fresh milk coffee, a type of coffee that is brewed with fresh milk instead of condensed milk. Fresh milk coffee has a captivating aroma, a mild sweetness and a creamy texture. I drank fresh milk coffee at a small coffee shop in Hanoi, where there was a cozy and quiet atmosphere. I felt very relaxed and happy when I sipped each sip of fresh milk coffee, feeling the harmony between the bitterness of coffee and the sweetness of milk. I think this is a type of coffee that is very suitable to drink in the morning or afternoon, when you want to wake up and replenish energy.
Next is salt coffee, a type of coffee that is brewed with whipped cream and salt. Salt coffee originated from Hue, an ancient and romantic city in central Vietnam. Salt coffee has a distinctive fragrance, a salty and sweet taste. I drank salt coffee at a riverside coffee shop on the Huong River, where there was a poetic and romantic scenery. I felt very fascinated and curious when I tasted each sip of salt coffee, feeling the contrast between the saltiness of salt and the sweetness of cream. I think this is a type of coffee that is very suitable to drink in the evening or night, when you want to relax and enjoy life.
Finally, egg coffee, a type of coffee that is brewed with egg yolk and sugar. Egg coffee originated from Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. Egg coffee has a strong aroma, a sweet and rich taste. I drank egg coffee at an old coffee shop in Hanoi's old quarter, where there was a history and culture. I felt very delicious and attractive when I tried each sip of egg coffee, feeling the combination between the bitterness of coffee and the sweetness of egg. I think this is a type of coffee that is very suitable to drink in winter or cold weather, when you want to warm up and sweeten.
Those are my experiences of drinking Vietnamese coffee. I really like Vietnamese coffee and I want to introduce to you these unique and wonderful types of coffee. You can find Vietnamese coffee shops everywhere in the world, or you can make Vietnamese coffee at home with simple and easy recipes. You should try Vietnamese coffee and share with me your feelings! Thank you for watching my video and see you again in the next video. Have a nice day!
