My Kicking Problem - Other than being Bad!!!

1. I said in the socket, but it is more in the connection tissue insertions of the hamstring Muscle in the back of the knee & into the sit bone.
2. it feels like it is being bulled to much, best I can describe.
3. I think just jumping back in without properly retraining my muscle, was not the smartest thing I've Done!!!
