Motu Patlu are practicing for Jodi Number One dance competition which promises the winners a sum of one lakh. Ghasitaram, Jhatka and john are also preparing for the same. Meanwhile, inspector Chingum is trying to run away from his father who is persuading him to take part in the competition as his partner. When the competition starts, every pair is trying to bring down the other through various fight tactics.
