If your shoulders feels tight try these simple wall stretches to open your shoulders 🙆‍♂️

The stretches:

- Wall Angels (x10 reps)
- Chest Stretch (30 sec/side)
- Upper Back Stretch (30 sec/side)
- Shoulder Opener (30 sec/side)
