Very sad news
On Wednesday, August 30th 2023 in Goma, DRC, members of the Republican Guard, under the authority of President Tshisekedi, opened fire on peaceful protesters who were calling for the withdrawal of East African Community troops and the U.N. peacekeeping mission in Congo, citing their failure to bring peace to the DRC.
The images/videos are graphic but please help amplify the voice of the Congolese people.
