On the recruiting side, what I've found is the clearer we can get on the persona, the right person for this role, the easier it is to locate them or to know that they're the right fit.

Being able to truly know your target, how they stand out, how they blend in. So you spot 'em right away. And I think that's been the missing link for most people is we're hiring and we're just seeing who's willing to try this versus saying this is the right fit. I would encourage everyone to do on the call is to document the exact kind of person.

The five profile traits that a candidate must have. Hustler, they've exemplified the ability to pursue a really big dream. Thick skinned, have the courage that it would take to have confidence in conflict. The next one's persuasive. Someone who has the ability to at least communicate clearly and persuade you to view their side of things. The next one's persistent. Someone who is not gonna hear the word no and then tuck their tail between their legs and be done. And the final one is confidence.
