Simplify Life Down to A choice

This has been the most powerful insight for me and since experiencing it I base all my life choices to this.

My wisdom to the world would be to

Simplify Life down to a choice

in every given moment we always have a choice, and if we go within and straight to the feeling, we then have one or the other.

If it is not your truth, it is not that feeling of your truth. Soul is your truth, so anything that is not your Soul is the Ego. That feeling of resistance, triggered, anger, jealousy are all uncomfortable feelings which is not your truth.

Bring awareness to your feelings as much as you can. Once you established the connection of that feeling, you can then use the mind to describe it.

The human experience has duality, for every bad there is good, for every up there is down, for every lie there is always a truth.

If you ‘think’ (ego)something is a good choice and your feeling however is the complete opposite, then it is important to pay attention to that feeling.

Under Ego or Soul we can now easily place opposites
