Why NASA Pays 25 CRORE to RENT Spacesuit Instead of Making Their Own

Many people don’t know this, but NASA spacesuits over the years haven't even evolved a bit. The spacesuits that we see their astronauts in, during the International Space Station missions are the ones that are originally Apollo era space suits. And, guess what? Now, there are only 4 left from that stock too! So, on the backdrop of the upcoming Artemis lunar manned-mission that NASA is planning to do by 2025, is NASA really ready for take off? Well, it seems like NASA is going to rent their space suits from 2 private companies at a massive price of 3.5 billion dollars.
