TALKS WITH ALLEN ENDED 8-31

Incidentally, talks with Allen are over.

Yesterday Allen wrote me that the agreement on 8/22 made by himself to transfer the jwo gethub.io to my own unused hosting account did not mean he promised to do it. He was free to renege, in substance.

Yet, besides his email, I have the text I sent him on 8/22/2023 as he requested of the password for my external account that would host the archive thereafter. Three days later without warning he took down the entire jWO get hub.io archive. As a result of that recent statement that his agreement to transfer was not binding on him, I told him I do not want to do business / or deal with him ever again. So there is no hope of amicably resolving this with Allen, given his word to do something would not be binding on him anyway - in his conscience -- something that makes working with him unreliable. There is only one recourse - re-establish the site with people who will not destroy it at a whim. Several have stepped forward and we are heading on a sustainable path that allows adding to the site again, rather than it being only an archive.
