Man with 17 license suspensions says he was not driving, speaks out against police accusations

A couple was pulled over in Canal Fulton after police say the man driving the car had 17 suspensions on his license. However, according to the couple, the man was not driving and they are being portrayed unfairly on social media and by the police.
