After staying in the worst hotel in one of the most modern countries I thought it was time to flip the script and stay in The Serena Hotel, Kabul, Afghanistan's most expensive hotel. To say I was shocked would be an understatment, this place would be a 5-star anywhere else in the world. Prices around $200/night but worth every penny.
