But as an IT professional, I know that this is almost entirely a predatory sales tactic meant to fleece consumers of monthly payments because few people understand the concept of network speeds and even fewer know how to evaluate their needs. So with so many expats and digital nomads needing to verify if good Internet is available, what it will cost and how to get it; it would behoove us to discuss this and put some myths to rest.
