Subway Arrest

Occurred on April 12, 2013 / New York, New York, USA

Info from Licensor: "Early morning waiting for any announcement about the train when I see cops running towards the guy coming out from the tunnel. The chase continues until the guy is taken out by a tackle from police. But not before one of them flying by, missed the tackle and ripped his forehead on the rail. Ultimately, passing out when he was placed on the platform."
