No, this isn't a SMM2 game, this is a legit romhack.

Gamma Prime is a well known Super Mario Romhacker. Her works were featured on "SNES Drunk's" video regarding fantastic SNES romhacks. I know her from my LDSG days and has been a friend to the Taqueria for a long time. She was kind enough to send me the unfinished romhack for me to try out on stream. Thanks Gamma!!
