What if I told you everything happening around you is an illusion. In Yoga, we call this "maya". What does matter is not whats happening BUT how you are interacting with it. We make our illusions real by through our perceptions and reactivity in these moments. Our spiritual growth happens by understanding we must evolve our mindsets & behavior from what we're watching unfold. #growth #mindset #spirituality #evolve
