Buying an M240i over the G87 M2?

Today we take a look at the G42 just days after driving the G87. I am considering both of these cars as my next purchase, and it's a tough pick between the two. They would serve two different purposes in my book. The G42 would be a really fun dig and roll race car. Throw a full frame turbo on this car with proper cooling and port injection, we would be MOVING OUT on the competition! The G87 would really be geared towards the corners and road track, I would buy that in manual as well while the G42 is only offered in Auto.

Now, I am aware that the supra and M240 are not actually the same cars. (I think we all know this!) However, both cars ARE utilizing the same power plant, the B58. The G42 weighs about 300 pounds more but you can shed weight in these cars quite easily. The AWD is the main attraction here, B58 + AWD is a great combo!
