A Naples man who told Collier County Deputies that he was a Latin Kings gang member was arrested for trespassing on a residence. 28-year-old Adrien Apollon a.k.a "Cookie" was spotted by deputies entering a residence located on South Bound Second Street on Saturday. Apollon has an active trespass warning from that residence which stemmed from a disturbance there in June. A short time later the resident of the home arrived and informed deputies that Apollon was not allowed inside. Apollon was later arrested and brought to the Naples Jail Center. Deputies say Apollon vomited in the rear seat of the patrol car, threatened deputies, and stated that he was a Latin Kings gang member once inside the jail. He faces charges of Aggravated Stalking, Corruption by Threat, Trespassing and Resisting Without Violence. He remains in jail on no bond.
