Kenosha parade attracts families celebrating before the Fourth

Rumble — The official theme of this year’s Kenosha Civic Veterans parade may have been “honoring Kenosha’s history,” but the city’s history wasn’t the only thing highlighted Sunday as thousands gathered to watch the parade procession go by.
