Within this Brilliant setting that Roddenberry created, he gives us the PERFECT Allegory for our own ‘Planet’ Earth…where, WE, Mankind, were once as Peaceful and Innocent as Sheep, making us VULNERABLE towards Great Evil that could disguise itself as part of the Mainstream Law, Order and Justice, just as the Canaanites, or Cabal, did with us…in this case it was Jack the Ripper, with links that revealed this Madman’s ties to the British Monarchy and the Prince of Wales, or RED JACK…here is the show’s overview...

While on shore leave on the planet Argelius II with Dr. McCoy and Captain Kirk, Chief Engineer Scott finds himself accused of murdering a Mystical Dancer he was introduced to. He has no recollection of the incident but is found standing over the girl with a bloody knife in his hand. For Mr. Hengist, the chief administrator, the case is cut and dried, but Jaris, the planet's leader, suggests that his wife chair a séance to identify the killer. Tragedy strikes again, still pointing to Mr. Scott as the culprit. Kirk suggests they retire to the Enterprise where they can use its computers to determine if Scott is lying and who the real culprit may be…and what they discover will shock you, as it leads to the Center of Evil on Earth, and the Canaanites...

This Episode is PURE GENIUS from the Show’s Creator, Gene Roddenberry and Co-Writer, Robert Bloch…as a number of important concepts are introduced on this Episode, while a Deep Investigating into the matter reveals that this ‘Outer Space’ Evil has ORIGINATED on Earth in the form of Jack the Ripper, and a curious name, Redjac…also, they introduced the concept of Life forms that are so old, that are considered to be Eternal, such as the MELLITUS, and as you know, Meli, is short for Melatonin, which is the Sweetness of Honey, a Preservative of Life, Long Life, even Eternal Life...
