Sixth World Tournament Tensho Kata Demonstration with the Wonderful Shihan Bobby Lowe

This video has been around for some time. It is from the Sixth World Tournament, November 1995. How exciting to demonstrate Tensho bunkai with Sosai's first non-Japanese student, the late, wonderful, Shihan Bobby Lowe, and other great friends and karate-ka from Canada, New Zealand, and Australia.

Anyone who knew Shihan Bobby knew what a beautiful, humble example of a warrior he was. His birthday was just last week (August 23). Shihan left us 12 years ago, on September 14, 2011. On that day, light a candle, burn some incense or whatever you do in your cultural traditions to remember loved ones who have left us. As Kyokushin students, we stand on the shoulders of such greats as Shihan Lowe.

This is from the official Sixth World Tournament video so I give credit to the producers, Media 8, for including this demo. A memory lasting a lifetime.
