Is government response adequate? Is there a disconnect between individuals fighting for their homes, property and loved ones versus the bureaucracy that sometimes helps but also apparently sometimes hinders?

The guests interviewed assert that they are able to do as much, if not more, as local community leaders and active defenders of their own rights and property.
