Ingredients:

- Arvi/Arbi/Taro Root - 300g
- Salt - 1 & 1/2 tsp
- Cooking Oil - 1/2 cup
- Onion - 1
- Ginger/Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Tomato - 1
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- All Spices Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili Flakes - 1/2 tsp
- Achar Gosht Masala - 1 tsp
- Water - 1/2 glass
- Fresh coriander and Green chili for garnish
