Here's a breakdown of the routine:

1️⃣ Start with a foam roller and perform static pressure for 2 minutes to warm up your muscles. Hit the top corner of your chest to work on the pec major, minor, and anterior deltoid.

2️⃣ Perform Pin and Stretch for 1 minute by moving your arm through its full range of motion while pinning down the muscle.

3️⃣ Put the muscle on a stretch and use a massage gun to release the tension even more. Do this for 1-2 minutes.
