How hard is it to get 1000 subscribers?

How hard is it to get to 1000 subscribers? Our Journey to 1000 subscribers. We are a family YouTube channel vlogging our day to day adventures. We started in 2018 made good progress working part time creating a YouTube channel. In 2020 corona virus forced us to stop posting videos. Then in mid 2020 our town was hit with two hurricanes. Hurricane Laura and Hurricane Delta. We did not have power or internet for 45 days. Then our main focus was mostly on clean up and rebuilding our community and our lives. Getting to 1000 subscribers was not easy. But looking back it has been a good journey. I think for us taking 2 1/2 years to get to 1000 subscribers has made us better. We have learned a lot and are still learning.
