Final Fantasy XVI is set in the fictional world of Valisthea, a world divided between six nations who hold power through access to magical Crystals and Dominants, humans who act as hosts for each nation's Eikon. Tensions between the nations escalate as a malady dubbed the Blight begins consuming the land. Clive Rosfield, guardian to his younger brother Joshua, witnesses his kingdom destroyed and goes on a revenge quest in pursuit of the dark Eikon Ifrit.

THE GAME IS FIRE DESPITE THE FLAWS IT HAS WITH FRAMERATE AND QUEST DESIGN. THE EPIC EIKON BATTLES AND BATTLE SYSTEM ARE TOP TIER. LOVE THE CHARACTERS IN THE GAME BUT I KINDA WISH THERE WAS AN ACTUAL PARTY SYSTEM. WHERE YOU CAN LEVEL UP YOUR PARTY AND TRAVEL WITH THEM LIKE TRADITIONAL FINAL FANTASY GAMES. BUT THE STORY IS WELL DONE AND KEEPS YOU INVESTED. GAME GET'S YOU HYPE AND THE BATTLES ARE ON A TOTALLY DIFFERENT LEVEL. THIS IS A FULL PLAYTHROUGH. ALL QUESTS AND HUNTS WILL BE DONE!!
