GATES HUDSON FINANCIAL FUCKERY

I break down the issues with Gates Hudson financial Fuckery, including their refusal to take checks in person in order to encourage online payment systems and auto payment through which they can fraudulently over charge you, the partial payment system which takes advantage of people pushed to their limits who can barely afford their rent to split it into two partial payments of course with extra fees and Fuckery involved as well as trying to sneak a $25 monthly trash service into everyone’s lease until they got called out on the illegality of it ( now to be included on your renewal of lease!) and the new push to build your credit by sending your credit information to Gates Hudson in a way to encourage those living paycheck to paycheck to get more credit cards ( instead of EVER lowering the rent!) and credit data sharing between real estate  and financial sectors, and finally the fact that the entire complex is not ADA compliant and they won’t even offer to waive the $30 monthly parking fee that gets me a nearby spot rather than parking on the street a half mile away, despite me having multiple documented disabilities.
