De-facto Government and De-facto Law

Can you expect a de-facto (illegal and unlawful) government and judiciary to act legally, lawfully and honourably?
Replacing a person or party in a system of government that is based on deliberate deception and fraud will only end in more tyranny.
Remember the government only gives back to the people what it has already taken away.
