Moscow holds elections in occupied parts of Ukraine

Russian-installed authorities are holding elections in parts of Ukraine that Russia has claimed as its own, seeking to cement Moscow's authority in what it calls its "new territories" despite the ongoing conflict. The exiled Ukrainian mayor of Mariupol says citizens are being forced to vote at gunpoint. Matthew Larotonda reports.
