Their actions speak so loudly that what they say will never be believed...

This "dust fence" is going up suspiciously quickly, as the authorities claim it is to keep the level of dust down afterward.

So, why the HUGE rush as well as being funded so QUICKLY?

This level of urgency should be applied in finding the 1000 missing children, should it not??
